Diferentes ciudadanos le solicitaron al a Sala Especial de Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-025/04 iniciar incidente de desacato en contra del Fiscal General de la Nación y del Director de la Unidad de Víctimas, por el presunto incumplimiento a la orden decimotercera del Auto 008/09, por cuanto no adoptaron la estrategia para avanzar de manera autónoma en la investigación del delito de desplazamiento forzado.
La Corte decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente la anterior pretensión, tras comprobar la carencia de legitimación en la causa por activa de los peticionarios.
